ABOUT STEVE BROCKMAN
Born and raised in London, I have been involved in competitive sports from an early age. I have achieved high standards in Running Track, Rugby Union and Muay Thai Martial arts.
This, along with a deep passion for fitness and training, has given me an understanding of the dedication and support necessary to achieve your personal goals.
Like most, along my path I have suffered a few set backs such as major shoulder, knee and back injuries. Learning and following specific rehabilitation techniques has given me unique insights into recovery and rehabilitation programmes, ensuring you that we can achieve your goals—despite any obstacles.
I am a strong believer that you, like me, can turn your weaknesses into your strengths.
Along with my experience, I have a strong education in personal training, nutrition and sports coaching—giving you peace of mind that you're getting the best advice.
MY APPROACH TO TRAINING
Working out should be as fun and enjoyable as it is challenging.
My personal mentality is that you get out of life what you put in to it, and I apply that approach to my training. The gym should be a positive, exciting and a comfortable space where you can get your sweat on.
I focus on technique and form to ensure exercises are performed safely and efficiently. Selecting the correct exercises to target your required muscle groups and encouraging a tempo that will get you achieving your goals.
I promote a strong posture and good muscle balance as both are essential to a healthy lifestyle.
